Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of working with international brands including Honda, Gallagher Insurance, Toyota, and IKEA, managing marketing budgets of up to $6 million. What drives me is creating and implementing digital transformation strategies that genuinely make a difference, whilst leading cross-functional teams across different markets to deliver operational excellence.

I'm passionate about the numbers that matter – KPIs and ROI – and I bring a well-rounded perspective from working both agency and brand-side. But beyond the strategies and metrics, what really fascinates me is understanding how people connect and interact in our increasingly digital world, and how brands can show up authentically in that space.

I have 10 years of agency and 12 years of brand marketing experience.
10 years of my agency experience gave me the opportunity, as a Digital Account Director, to lead digital research -> understand customer insights -> develop strong brand strategies with digital & data at the heart of everything -> develop 360 degree integrated campaigns. This resulted in: increase in brand awareness, delivering innovative digital experiences and driving qualified leads, most importantly, be profitable. Some of the global brands I worked for are Johnsons & Johnsons, Nestle, HP, Coca-cola and more, while leading a team of 15 direct reports.

The last 10 years had me working directly for brands like Gallagher Insurance, Toyota, Lexus, IKEA, Marks&Spencer, (and more).
As Director of Marketing at the world’s second-largest insurance broker - Gallagher Insurance, I am responsible to drive digital transformation and demand for the SME and Digital Distribution - UK Retail Division.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, my key achievements include:

Delivered 23% YoY growth in new business, increasing ROI to 2.6 through integrated insight led acquisition, and lifecycle strategy.

Redesigned the SME marketing model, shifting from channel led activity to an insight-driven B2B / B2C growth engine aligned to commercial and segment goals.

Expanded CRM and lifecycle marketing with 24 user cases on Sales Force Marketing Cloud, improving cross-sell, retention and renewal performance across business customer cohorts.

Ensured full alignment with financial promotions rules and regulatory requirements across UK and multi-market campaigns.

Modernised measurement and performance analytics, introducing attribution, forecasting, supporting the PBI dashboards and commercial KPI frameworks.

Strengthened regulated marketing comms governance, ensuring compliance, conduct and risk alignment across business / consumer facing campaigns and multi-channel programmes.

Led a high-performing team of 7 plus agencies, acting as senior partner to Sales, Product, Finance and Operations, and chairing UK-wide marketing roundtable sessions and forums.
